NanoSeal™ - BARRIER COATING (NSC-100A)
NSC-100A is a liquid coating containing a dispersion of nano-clay platelets in a proprietary water-based formulation. This formulation is an update to the NSC-70 coating. The NSC-100A coating can be applied to traditional packaging films such as POLYESTER, POLYPROPYLENE, NYLON and PLA to create exceptional gas barriers to oxygen and other several gases. The coating can be applied with either rotogravure or flexographic systems. NanoSeal™ barrier coatings are approved for indirect food contact for use with dry to moderately dry food applications..
